I am amazed when I open up LinkedIn and read the feed on my home page I always see numerous Job Seekers posting negative comments on their own or in response to what others have posted. Why on earth would a job seeker post anything negative about their job search, treatment by recruiters, failed interviews, etc.?
You never know when a hiring authority or HR specialist may see your negative comments and decide that you are not the type of person they want to hire for their company. Your personal brand and reputation witll be much stronger if you use LinkedIn to present yourself as passionate and informed about your field. Share relevant articles, publish an article (using LinkedIn Publishing) and comment on pertinent posts about your field and industry. Focus on talking about something other than your job search and you will be planting positive seeds for your employment future!
